Immunizations

By their first day of school, all students attending St. Anthony New Brighton Schools must be compliance with the Minnesota immunization law that requires immunizations for diphtheria-pertussis-tentanus (DPT), polio (OPV/IPV), measles-mumps-rubella (MMR), hepatitis B, and varicella (chicken pox). Immunizations can be waived for medical reasons or for families who are conscientiously opposed to immunizations (see Pupil Immunization Record). Student immunization records from a physician, public clinic, parent, or previous school are acceptable for school notification. Records must include specific month, day, and year for each immunization. Students will not be allowed to attend school until they meet these state health requirements. Please bring all immunization records when registering your child for school.
